I know Event FX exist. They don't work particularly well for some time-saving applications Pro Tools users use AudioSuite for, though.

For instance, Auto-Tune can capture pitch by playing back the track while the plugin is in "Track Pitch" mode, and any LUFS meter will give you an integrated LU level if you play back the whole song or album into the plugin. However, using Event FX for Auto-Tune and Post-Fader Inserts for a LUFS meter requires the engineer sit there while the whole song or album plays back, and doesn't change anything. That's a lot of time wasted, like the time taken to bounce mixes in real time when an offline "fast bounce" is available.

I'd like to have a "Process" or "Analyse" mode made available for either plugins flagged for offline use or plugin modes like Event FX. If, as suggested in another FR, a LUFS meter is added to Studio One, a "Analyse Range" function could be added in Project View that works after the master, post-fader inserts, and not the current clip-based analysis feature, which is borderline useless. Then, Event FX could take on an AudioSuite-style "Process" mode, where the plugin isn't removed when the rendering or analysing is finished.

This would be Awesome!  I'm switching back and forth with ProTools while cleaning up vocals!  Dragging and dropping Event FX to 45 little bits in a Vocal is tedious...

This is another FR I made that went completely unanswered or recognized by the community or PreSonus. There is a use case for this, and even a note about how some existing features (that still haven't changed in v5!!!) do little of any use because of the way the software is structure. Things that could be easily fixed and create massive time-savers, instead of the half-measures that exist currently.
