Why isn't there a "Free Audio Stem" for the mixer that I bought, included as a 'system test'?

Many good things about the Studio live III 32S. Some things seriously lacking in the 'packaging' and support.

When your customer opens the box on one of these promising mixers, there should be an SD card or something included which is a full demonstration of the hardware and software. For example, the 32S I just bought - I expected there to be an included 'demo song' aka 'audio stem' (whatever that really means) that I could load and verify proper full functioning of the mixer.

You don't expect people who buy a 32 channel mixer to have a full 32 tracking session ready to go to make sure everything is working, do you? Took me 2 weeks to find out what that is - 'free audio stems' which is a term I have not once ever heard before in my entire audio engineering career. Come on folks, use Apple as a guide. Put all the stuff in the box and don't make newbies immediately have to crawl around forums written mostly by wannabe technical types. Not fair. Unreasonable demands on my workflow. Easy fix though!!
