Dear Pre-Sonus,

I'm having big troubles.

Firstly, the AudioBox 22VSL is not listed as a template in the "new song screen". I find this strange because I am installing from the CD which came with the AudioBox 22VSL no less.

I have seen that the solution to this is updating Studio One. But I can't do this either!!!

I try to install it and get the following message:

Error opening file for writing:

Click abort to stop the installation,

Retry to try again, or

Ignore to stop the process.

I have run the .exe as an administrator too. Still no joy.

Please help!!!!

The CDs are outdated. You do not need to use the 22 VSL template though. You can use the AudioBox USB one. It will be identical.
