I'm 99,9999% sure this isnt a feature in Studio One (5.2)
I have my audio tracks routed to their busses (Drums, Perc, Fx, Bass etc.), those busses are sent to the mix bus, and that bus is sent to the main output bus (always on the right of the console/mixer)
sometimes i get a reference mix as wel as all the individual audio tracks. What i want to do is route the mix bus (2nd last in the routing chain) to the Reference audio track, and route the reference audio track to the final output 1-2
i want to be able to: enable input monitor to hear my mix, disable input monitor to hear the reference track, send the reference audio track (input monitor enabled so i can hear my mix) to a print audio track to record the mix.
This may sound overkill and confusing but the way studio one is set up now can cause tricky situations where i hear my mixx AND the ref. Track at the same time.
so that way in our audio I/O setup we have our: Inputs, Outputs, Busses (to only send to tracks in a session, from audio to audio or bus to audio or whatever, no limits
