Linking of events does not currently apply to Event FX.
They get duplicated, but they are not linked.
This requires deleting the Event FX on the current event, duplicating the event, and then inserting the Event FX back to the original and to the duplicate.
Sometimes when you duplicate an event with an Event FX, these Event FX's are kind of stuck and impossible to delete.
