Universal Control Recognizes my 1810c, but Studio One No Longer Does

I've been running Studio One 5 with an 1810c interface since November of last year with no issues. As of a few days ago, Studio One itself no longer recognizes my interface. However, Universal Control appears to be working fine; it recognizes my 1810c, and receives input signal just fine, and I am able to monitor the audio through UC. Further, audio from my PC, which I route through the 1810c still works just fine as well. My drivers are up to date, and the Studio One SW is up to date. However, when in Studio One, it does not recognize an audio device. When I attempt to select Studio USB while in Configure Audio Device, Studio One tells me: "The audio device Studio USB could not be initialized. Please check your hardware configuration and try again". I'm assuming this is a SW-related communications issue within Studio One itself since Universal Control and all PC audio is working with no issues. I'm running on Windows 10. Any ideas on what the problem is?

I am having the exact same issue... My Studio 1810c works with my PC, Youtube or any other internet apps but not with Studio One 5 OR Band In A Box. Neither of these apps can find the Studio USB driver.   I tried to install Universal Control and it tells me that it can not install the Studio USB driver because it is in use by another app...  I have NO IDEA what app that might be. Everything was working fine until a few days ago... I do not know of any changes being made so I have no idea what to do to fix this...   Any HELP out there????

Same issue here!  The audio Device Studio USB has failed to start correctly before.  Do you want to try again?

I've been using this setup for over a year now with zero problems by selecting Studio USB as the audio device.

I am reading maybe I should reinstall drivers.  Has anyone done that?
