Hi, I'm trying to connect the RM32Ai to the Universal Control to update the firmware of the RM but I can't because in Settings many things are like not working (in grey) and only it's working the pannel to put the code to unlock the permission. I put the code, nothing change, and the pannel above where I have the button to update the firmware doesn't work. I uninstalled the UC and reinstalled but it's the same. What can I do the unlock the pannel to update the firmware? Is it possible to do a reset factory to the RM? thank you
