Some tracks will have less plugins and less sends than others. Some may even have none so using the Shift key and dragging a fader element up should make that element bigger on it's own on the selected track. Just like how it behaves for the cue mix, send and inserts elements . In my work flow at the minute, if a track has little processing on it, theres nothing I can do to utilise that space so independent fader/meter resizing would solve that and be an effective use of space.
