It will be nice if we can save and load in the feature including it's patches and song section/parts.

Yes please PreSonus! There are multiple feature request that want something similar to this. For people who do many live shows (luckily not me currently) I would expect it's a pretty huge dealbreaker, if for every show with different setlist items, they have to set up all patch changes from stratch

Totally agree we need this.  An Export/Import of a Setlist item including patches, chords, arpeggiators, etc,  and assigned instruments (VSTs).  But I would also like to see Copy/Paste Setlist Item (or Send Setlist item to Show x)  so I can easily move a Setlist item from one Show to another.  My Setlist items have so many instruments I have to break up all the songs at a gig into multiple sets (S1 Show) to manage CPU demands.
