Can I run two iTwo interfaces at the same time using the Presonus ASIO driver (in Cakewalk)?

I need four outputs for quadraphonic. Can I run two iTwo interfaces at the same time using the ASIO driver in Cakewalk to get these 4 outputs (and potentially 4 inputs)?

Cakewalk said they would support it if Presonus driver would.
