My name is Andrea Santoboni.

I am an italian Mix/Mastering Engineer and Music Producer!

Is it possible to add a new function to Studio One PRO, to send audio in real time to other DAWs, such ad the Harrison Mixbus for example?

I think this new addition could be very useful and satisfying for most Studio One PRO Users.

For example Reaper, can communicate with other DAWs, through the "ReaRoute"; So why not add a similar, or even much better performing feature in Studio One PRO?

I hope that my "input" is listened to and well valued by the developers of this beautiful daw.

Studio One does support ReWire if that achieves what you want. If that’s not your answer but you are a Mac user then Rogue Ameoba make something called Loopback which is very useful for piping audio between different apps https://rogueamoeba.com/loopback/
