PreSonus StudioLive III Rack series mixser - what happen when you connect hardware mixer

When you use a PreSonus StudioLive Rack series mikser (32R) for IEM monitoring with the UC surface software for rehearsals. What happens with the information that is stored in the StudioLive 32R when you connect a StudioLive 32SC hardware mixser for the live show. Do I loose the information when the 32R switch to stagebox mode?

You don't lose the information but you won't be able to access it either.
