I updated to Apple El Capitan- and my StudioLive 32.4.2AI - UC Surface does not work, any thoughts? thanks! - Questions & Answers

Without knowing a whole lot here, the initial culprits to check would be :

1) Make sure you are running the latest version of UC Surface

2) Make sure you have the latest corresponding and compatible firmware loaded on your 32.4.2AI Mixer; that matches the version of UC Surface
