I purchased the subscription plan. it has now been one full day of trying to install with sphere. in the window that pops up at launch, I choose "Activate with presonus sphere" and click activate and nothing happens. Even when I try to use Presonus Hub, it also sits on the screen and does nothing when i click Authorize. I have been uninstalling and reinstalling now for hours to no luck. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had installing software. Presonus, Can you PLEASE HELP????
