I get like 1 day off a week. I don't have much time, but whenever I do find time to sit down & get creative my Sphere account fails to activate 75% of the time forcing me to use Studio One Artist when I am paying for Sphere & Professional.
My account says I'm paid up, but Studio One says my license expired when I try to activate it.
I've had Sphere for a several months now & I am getting a little tired of this. I feel like I'm owed a refund at this juncture. I understand security measures so people don't steal this valuable program but do they have to be implemented at my expense?
This is not cool.
