Close plugins windows with cmd+w

That and add the ability to engage/disengage (or enable/disable) plugins from the plugin window

Might need to add “feature request” to the flair or tag for this

YES! It is so weird that they break the Mac interface! Command - W should close a plugin window. Or any active window!
