Question

I have Studio One Artist and recently upgraded from 3 to 5.5. The master fader drops from 0 dB to -8.5. It does this on the two projects I have worked on since upgrading. There is no automation and I verified automation was turned off. I also tried to write automation to keep it at 0dB. When doing this, it still drops even though the automation track is set to 0 throughout the project.

That is odd.

When does it drop?  (At the beginning of the song?  A few seconds after you hit Play anywhere in the song?)
