It sounds like your question is if you can loop back a software effect (digital) to your amp (I assume analog). However, it is not likely you can do this via the same I/O hardware of the studio live. That would involve converting your digital signal back to analog at the same time as you are converting it from your analog input to a digital output (to the software). You might be able to use a separate output digital to analog converter to feed a monitor mix back to your amp, but it would probably lag.
An option is to play the post effect sound of your guitar via a different speaker that has a digital output (connected to your PC/device running the software), instead of trying to convert it back to pass through to your analog amp.
Or you can look at hardware options to apply an effect to your guitar sound and feed it back into your amp before your interface converts it to a digital signal and processes it on your software DAW...
