Question

Hello,

My HD10BT Headphones suddenly stopped working after just a couple months. Pairing is successful and the stop/play button works but there is no sound. The voice notifications (connecting, power off, etc) are also gone. Volume buttons are unresponsive. Same issue with Macbook and iPhone.

When connected directly with a cable the sound is ok.

Any ideas of what this could be?

same happened with me. I paid so much for this piece of $h*t!

I think I'm going to have to throw this away!
