Not sure if this 2 issues or not. While driving, I was listening to music on my iPhone through a bluetooth connection with Active Noise Cancelling turned on, after hitting a bump on the road, there was a popping sound in the left headphone speaker. It sounded like a guitar/mic cord being unplugged before the soundman muted the channel. I thought it was a one off but it happened repeatedly on the drive. It was very noticeable when I closed the van door. Has this happened to anyone?

And is it related to...

The built in microphone quality seems exceptionally bad. I tried answering a call and the person on the other end could only hear me if I yelled (and even then it was quiet). Could the ANC issue be related to the bad mic quality?
