How long does a factory reset take on a 32SC? It look about 5% complete but hasn't moved in hours?

Shouldn't take hours. Create a support ticket, they should be able to help you out.

Mine is doing the same thing. On startup its frozen at like , i would say 2-5%ish.. just hangs there. did Facotry and settings reset a couple of times. Nothing same thing.
