Question

I use Win10 and I can't get the Universal Controller to recognize the Studio 68c.  I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, with it on, off, USB plugged in or not and I can't get it to work.  Norton firewall, etc. are all shut off during installation.  Nothing helps.

What do I do?

Does the USB light on the 68c come on?  What color is it?  It could be your USB cable or the USB port.

You should try another cable and another USB port directly on the computer and not through a hub if you are using a USB hub.

I would check the power supply, too.  Is it getting power?  Maybe flip the switch on the 68c a few times to see if the switch is closing.  Or try another outlet.
