Pro Tools allows you to copy your main fader mix with "Copy To Sends". This means you can get up a quick mix during a recording session and then copy it to the Send you are using for the headphone mix.

Here's a video which outlines the process.

Would love to see this feature added to S1 v. 3.x

EDIT 05/26/2016 1:44 PM

Damblack commented and I received notification via email. I had forgotten about posting this question/comment.

Just after posting my question I discovered  that there's an even better feature in S1 to address cue mix. They already have a cue mix available so you don't need copy to send. However Damblack's comment suggests an opportunity for Presonus to add an additional feature to their already superior workflow of having a cue mix available and already 'switched on' so you don't' have to create it. (See his next comment).

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't S1v3 always have the main mix hooked to the cue mix as default? That's that lock symbol in the cue section, right? So maybe only an option to change the "lock"s on all channels back to default in one go is what's needed here.?

I kindly suggest This feature request be re-worded to " Copy Faders to Send"

The Purpose of this Feature is to allow additional overdubs without messing with the existing fader levels. Basically, the current fader positions would be copied to the Cue Mix Faders ( or Sends on Faders - a new feature request) instead of having to remix the levels. However, currently, Cue Mixes are only available on Busses and tracks that don't include buses.
