Question

I have tried all day to add sustain to a piano song I recorded. I can only add it to a small portion. Sustain is unavailable for the entire rest of the song. I know about the three dots and automation. You can see that the green line indicating sustain will only extend to the end of that portion. It is not available in any other midi section. This makes no sense. If this is how it works it is broken. I should be able to have sustain in my entire song.

I added CC64 to the automation list for Presence and dragged it all the way to the end of the song, so not sure what you are running into.

Sustain is a MIDI control (like someone pressing the sustain pedal).  There is an ON value and an OFF value.
