Can we have an option to set the scale on the vertical axis of automation lanes and MIDI controllers?

Now pitch bend shows -100% to +100%, which in a lot of cases scales to +/- 2 semitones. But some instruments allow +/- 1 or 2 octaves. It would be great if we could set the range to specify what we are editing. In case of pitch bend I would like to have it on +/- 12 for example so I know exactly the pitch I'm bending to.

Would be a very useful feature addition. Upvoted.
But since each VSTi/kontakt patch might be programmed to vary pitch to different semitone ranges with the pitch bend wheel, a global setting for pitch bend automation lane would be impossible to set imho.

Perhaps a better way to implement this would be to add a pitch bend range field in the instrument sounds variations editor so that the user can set custom pitch bend range for each instrument/patch and that is then automatically reflected in the pitch bend automation lane for that instrument part.
