I want to know if i should buy artist or save up for profesional. It would be cool if i could try both.

The Trial for Professional version 3 would be the DEMO Version

The Trial for Artist Version 3 would be somewhere in between the DEMO Version and the PRIME ( Free Version )

There are some limitations to the PRIME as well as DEMO Versions, but they are very good representations of the software.
