Ensure that you have fully updated your computer with all current Windows Updates.

When fully updated, download and install the latest device drivers.

You need to connect your AudioBox directly to your computer with a new or different USB cable. Try a different USB connection on your computer as well.
Your AudioBox should not in any way cause other USB connections to stop working. You may need to consider that your AudioBox or your computer is faulty.
