Why does the 16.4.2 lock up like this?
using the latest Universal driver and firmware, happened in windows 8, 8.1, and windows 10 latest.

Can't do anything to the mixer, no volumne changes or anything, no selecting, if audio is coming through tape/cd aux that will continue to work but nothing else will work, all the mics will not function during this mode either.
