I have no signal in second quantum to any input all hooked up correctly per manual

Everything is hooked up correctly per manual so I must have to enable something basically I'm trying to use new interface one is working the new one is visible in system but when I try to plug anything in it does not recognize it.

You can only have one active interface at a time.
