I have been so happy with my switch from the Elgato Wave XLR to my Presonus Revelator io24. The ONLY thing I miss that I wish was on the UC app or anything tied to it is the ability to add plug-ins to my audio interface software like the Wave XLR has. This would set you guys so far above and beyond so many other interfaces, even more than you already are. I find the EQ on the UC app very limiting, and some of the other features are a little lacking in my opinion in finding the exact tone I want. Being able to add my plugins of choice would make this so much better. PLEASE integrate this ASAP <3
