I bought a new Studio 1810c
Everything works except the two 'Phones' jacks only output mono sound.
I have tried clicking 'Reset' in Universal Control and it doesn't change anything. There are no controls anywhere in Universal Control to set stereo vs mono. I've tried different headphones.
Could it be defective? Only one other person asked a similar question before and their issue was only "sometimes" happening but mine is 100% of the time mono. I've never heard it in stereo yet.
