I have the StudioLive16.0.2 since 2012 and about 1 year ago i have been noticed that sometimes the sound of volume decreases without touching the fader. When we touch the fader the sound oscillate and decrease.
I want to know if i can resolve this problem just resetting the mix with my computer or i need to take a workshop?
I am very disappointed with this mix, because despite all the care I have on transportation and handling, i was not counting on this kind of damage, and i think you should say something about this problem, which apparently is happening with some frequency in this mixers.
