After clocking outputs are successful (blue lite on stage box) cannot get audio from inputs

NSB 32.16 stagebox cannot get sound from any outputs have reviewed several online video from PreSonus on this issue. I have noticed similar issues from others on this matter. Are these boxes reliable.How do I know if this unit may need to be returned for replacement or repair.

Start a support ticket...Presonus will probably have to do a modification. That is what happened with mine. They were all over it and I got it back fast. And it has been rock solid since.
