StudioLive 64S shows levels when noting is plugged in. Also, channel 1 is now only showing line In.

Mixer show levels on 13-16 29-32 when nothing is plugged In. Also, channel 1 is now only showing line-In. I've reset and gone to previous firmware and still nothing. Anyone have any thoughts?

That sounds like it could be hardware. If you've factory reset it and it's still happening make a support ticket.
