I have searched system also for the presets. No luck.

Same here, I was about to use Presence and gues what? no a single preset is loaded. Where are they?

I have double clicked the Instruments soundset file volume 1 and volume 2 to force to reinstall it, but nothing. It is jsut a mistery.

Anyone from Presonus please help?

Same here too in Prime. Still got no preset after reinstalling the soundsets multiple times. There's only the default preset available.

Edit: Alright so I got it working by installing the previous version of Studio One (6.2.1), downloaded the soundsets, then updating it after I confirmed the presets are there.

I also lost my Artist Preset as well, but it was restored when I right clicked on the Instrument browser and ran reload. I am using the Professinal Ver, just FYI. (Sorry the image is in Japanese)

It seems there's a bug in Artist 6.5. Not in Professional 6.5.

I've installed Artist 6.2.1 after installing 6.5 and didn't download all the content again. Then just hit the re-index presets button and everything shows up again in Presence. Then updated to 6.5. Everything is still there.

If you hit re-index presets after this in 6.5, then all the presets are gone again in Presence. So don't hit re-index presets in 6.5 until they've fixed this in an update.
