Question

 I'm having trouble recording and never have previously with the software - vocals keep cutting out to silence and only recording a handful of words very quietly. Guitar is perfectly fine, however have tried using a new lead and different mics and still having the same problem?

If your microphone requires the use of phantom power, please make sure that you are pressing the 48v button on the front of your Audiobox.  You may also want to install the latest version of Universal Control for your Audiobox.  Here is a link:
