I am using the AR16c in a live room setting as my interface for tracking a full band setup with drums and instruments to Logic Pro on a Macbook.

I am extremely confused about how to route everything as far as PFL and AFL. I just want to have a nice loud and clear mix out of my control room speakers and my headphones, and a separate mix out of Aux 1 and 2 for different monitoring situations and an external recorder. The Universal Control software gives me no access to any routing or gain or anything useful. I have read the manual multiple times and I'm not getting anywhere. A clear explanation of how to set everything up right, including what buttons to push, would be great.

I have the mixer set up in the live room with Control Room output to my monitors (Dynaudio Acoustics), with the Main Outputs routed to larger  powered PA speakers for rehearsals. I have a bunch of mics coming into the board, and I am using the USB interface for Logic Pro, with headphones while tracking, and with monitors for mixing. I am having a bunch of issues:

-CONTROL ROOM output to my powered monitors  is extremely quiet and tinny, almost no bass.

-Unable to create separate Aux mixes.

-Headphone output is extremely quiet and thin (I have resorted to routing it through a separate mixer to boost the signal.)

-Individual fader channels do not affect the output level to control room or headphones when playing back from Logic.

ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED
