Question

I want to use an online amp, but when i go to one and set the MIX setting all the way to the left, all i get is clean guitar sound, and no distortion like what I have on the amp. If i set the MIX setting all the way to the right, then i can hear the distortion tone, but it is delayed a great amount. Please help.

You're recording?  The problem is not your box.  It's possibly either: (1) on the track you're recording to, click on the blue button (the monitor) to the right of the red record button; or (2) if you're talking about Ampire, check the delay setting on the pedalboard; or (3) your latency is due your device block size setting being too high.  Go to "preferences" and then "Audio Setup."
