Today I received my new Presonus 1824c and I tried to install the interface in my home studio and unfortunately I'm having issues in succeeding: Studio One is not recognizing the interface and I can't play any audio on my monitors (I am able to hear audio from the Headphone output). The interface is listed in Universal Control though and I'm also able to control it from the Universal Control mixer. This seems to be a common issue but I haven't been able to find a solution. Things I've tried:

- Rebooting the interface
- Rebooting the PC
- Connecting on both USB 2 as well as USB 3
- Choose Studio USB as Audio Device in Studio One (S1 crashes as a result)
- Disable exclusive mode in Windows Sound Settings
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Universal Control (latest version through my.presonus.com)

All of these steps haven't solved the issue. I think the cause of the issue lies in setting up Universal Control. When I install UC I get the option to choose the components to install (AVDECC Support, StudioLive Series III, Quantum Thunderbolt Driver, Studio 192, AudioBox, Revelator, StudioLive AR, Studio, StudioLive Classic, ATOM, isStation). This doesn't list the 1824C but all of the drivers that are listed show up in the list of audio devices in S1. As mentioned, selecting Studio USB results in S1 crashing.
I have no clue how to solve this issue so I'm hoping anyone can help me.

Setup:
- Windows 11
- Studio One 5.1.1.61815
- 1824c is up to late with latest firmware.
