My USB-port recognizes the AudioBox 1818 device (the USB cable is good and the interface works on my old computer). However, when trying to add and configure the AduioBox 1818 (using Studio One-3) on my new computer system (see tags for system details) the drop-down menu does NOT list the AduioBox 1818. I have tried Universal Control software and after installing, the USB-port no longer recognized a connection to the AudioBox 1818 . . . but, now I can see the AudioBox 1818 listed in the setup drop-down menu.
Since the AduioBox 1818 is no longer supported, would purchasing a new Quantum interface resolve this issue OR, should I buy a MAC ?
