Audiobox 1818VSL not possible to contact after firmware upgrade!!

I upgraded the firmware as the controller software asked me to, and now it is impossible to contact the AudioBox !! I am on windows 11. I tried uninstalling the Universale Presonos controller, reboot and install again  - nothing !
