I can hear the monitoring of other directly connected instruments well, except for my condenser microphone

Good afternoon, I have a problem and it is that when I am recording voices with my presonus m7 condenser microphone the return signal to my headphones is very low (obviously I have the 48v on), I have to adjust the mix of the interface almost to the maximum and increase the volume of the channel which is not recommended, in the end I record it with one ear of the headphones and I always have to normalize the audio because the recorded signal is also low. When I am recording other instruments the return sounds normal even when I record with direct boxes. I don't know if it's the cable, the microphone, the interface or the DAW settings. I have a presonus audiobox 96 two-channel mic and instrument, a presonus m7 condenser microphone, KRK G4 5-inch speakers, presonus HD7 headphones and I use the Studio One 5.

Please help me solve this, I am looking for videos and forums but nothing can solve my problem.

Thanks in advance.
