is it possible to add sound adjustment on the output to the relevator io24 ? A basic eq would be extremely useful, at least bass and treble, please?

I have studio monitors connected to the relevator io24 and I would really like to be able to adjust the sound that goes into them

The default feature of the dial on the io24 is to control the output level going to monitors (for example). The io24 let's you choose one of three built-in EQs, or did you just mean you'd like them to add a basic EQ as well?
