How do I set the number of measures per system prior to printing parts? In the Parts options, you can only choose from 1 to 5 measures per system. I have put 4 measures per system, but then it prints out only 3 in some systems. What's the solution?

Hi,
You can set the number of sizes per system as follows:
1. Select TAB: Score
2. Choose full score options.
3. Choose TAB Layout
4. Set the number of bars per system to 4.
5. Set Titles on first system to None.
6.Set Titles following to None.
7. You have now lost the instrument name for the staff. Here you can use Score-Ad Title...-Style: Title and choose Part name..
You adjust the text in part name for your instrument, and then you can place this name wherever you want on the page.
(this is not a 100% nice solution).

Also consider this solution:
- Go via View to: show Layout handles..(=Ctrl+L). By clicking on the blocks above the bar line with your mouse and then dragging to the left/right, you can increase/decrease bars in a staff.
Hopefully this is of some use to you...good luck,
Greetings, HarryM.
