It would be great to have:

• An extended listening bus with the ability to switch signal sources
• Switch different pairs of studio monitors
• With individual inserts for each source or studio monitors
• With switching between multichannel, stereo or mono modes.
• With ability to calibrate signal levels
• With ability to use CUE sends to separate Reference track from Master Bus for A/B referencing.
• With ability to set Dim level for Listen mode (Yeah! We need a Listen Button on a channel controls)

Also when soloing is set to listen bus and tou solo an fx channel, all the channels going into it are also soloed. Would like to have the ability just to solo what I click and not everything with it..
