Question

I’ve been having issues with my StudioLive 16R not powering up. It requires turning the power switch on and off numerous times and eventually it works.

It was happening every 5-10 times i used it at first, but now it’s happening more frequently.

Now it’s happened 3 days in a row and after an hour of messing with it it’s still not working. It has maybe 100 hrs of use over 20 months

Sounds like the power switch (or power supply) is becoming faulty.  Open a ticket with Presonus to see about getting the switch (or power supply) replaced.

there must be a false contact on the power button. You must go to an electronics store to buy a drying bomb
