I have a StudioLive 16.4.2 Classic. This is an odd issue. When 4 separate buttons are pressed consecutively the 48V Phantom Power button will turn on/off on Channel 1 Only. For example (Hitting the select buttons for channels 8,9,10,11 or the solo buttons for the same, it will turn the phantom power button on and off on channel 1). When this happens, the only way to turn it off/on is in the software. The firmware is up-to-date and I have also reloaded the firmware, but the issue still occurs. I have two mixers that I will combine at times for larger shows and I don't want any problems with this and I am also trying to sell them and upgrade to the larger size mixer. Is this some type of firmware or internal program issue where you could send me the files and instructions to wipe the unit and start over? Or if it needs to be sent in I need to know the cost factor.
