I inquired as to why I suddenly cannot select/record through input 3-8 on my presonus firestudio mobile. I bought this box and was able to record through all 8 inputs until I upgraded to the newer version of the free software. The answer presonus gave me was this:
"The "problem" here, based on your screenshots is that you are running the free version of Studio One which is limited to a stereo input and output."
So, basically, presonus removed necessary features, specifically inputs 3-8. This is outrageous! Obviously we're going to update our software to the newest version of studio one from time to time. Why punish us?
Good news is I can use Acid Music, which I already had. I also have Audition. Therefore, we don't need your crappy software to inhibit our purchase. Presonus, man you guys have some serious issues.
