Question

We might want to not always use Shift+D to repeat a linked pattern.

We might want to be able to edit Patterns wherever they are: Tracks - in any position - and within Plugins (808, 909, 303, etc.).

Wherever we make a change, we want this to be immediately reflected without any further action.

Distribution of the patterns is **** easy.

Painting the patterns is **** easy. Creating variations is **** easy. Changing patterns on the fly is **** easy. Even changing styles from disco and disco-funk is **** easy. Distribution is automatic (Verse, Fill1, Fill2, Break, Chorus, etc.). Rethink this from scratch. We want a Drummer in our room and the Drummer can be instructed in simple terms, but still be edited in detail.

We might want to set on the Event whether it is auto-linked (shared), or not.

The Sonar guys have the opposite problem. They link every Event. Interesting.
