Question

I've had a SL 16.4.2AI for a little over a year, and the more I use it -  the more I like it.  The SMAART Basic Room Analysis wizard has been very helpful as we tour around and need to get a quick Room EQ.  However, last week, I noticed that the pink noise is now only being generated from the Left speaker (when I run the analysis on the Main L/R).  After turning off the SMAART analysis, sound is heard equally from both main outputs (using any mic input).

I've tried restarting the mixer, restarting AI Control, and restarting the Mac Book, but sound is still only heard on one side?

Any suggestions?

Hi , Would you mind telling me what firmware and UC version you're using? I have the 16.4.2ai (latest firm) and mac 10.11.6, UC 2.0x and SMAART us not working at all.
